Definitions:
"All-in-One"
means the All-in-One Home Service Limited which provides the house-maid
service stated in the Service Application Form.
"Customer" means
the party identified as customer on the Service Application Form.
"Service Order
Form" means the All-in-One document by which a Service may be ordered
from All-in-One.
1. ERVICE BOOKING
1.1 Customer has to call All-in-One Service Hotline 2580 8330 at
least 3 working days (72 hours) in advance to book the service.
1.2 Customer has to call All-in-One Service Hotline at least 2 working
days (48 hours) prior to the booked service date for any change
or cancel of service booking date and time. If customer informs
All-in-One within 48 hours before the service date & time, we
shall charge customer HKD50 for administration fee.
1.3 The service date & time is subject to All-in-Oneˇ¦s final
confirmation. All-in-One will inform customer the name of staff
at least one day before the service date.
1.4 The validity of service plan commences from the first service
day, all the remaining unused service hours will be waived after
the expiry date. And customer cannot use any unused service hour
to exchange for money value before and after the expiry date.
1.5 All-in-One will charge Customer HK$100 in the event of breaking
appointment.
1.6 Customer should not directly contact All-in-Oneˇ¦s house maid
for service booking. All enquiry and booking shall be handled through
All-in-Oneˇ¦s Service Hotline.
1.7 The service hour is from Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
All-in-One will charge Customer extra fee of HK$100 if the requested
service on any public or statutory holidays (except Sunday which
is not any statutory holiday at the same time).
1.8 All Cleaning service Plan valid for 1 year.
2. ERVICE DELIVERY
2.1 The Customer has to provide basic cleaning tool and equipment
including but not limited to vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, window
scrubber, wiping cloth, detergent to ensure service delivery by
the Company's Staff.
2.2 All-in-One and the Staff reserves the right to reject performing
any tasks deemed to be dangerous, unreasonable and out of agreed
service scope.
2.3 All-in-One will not compensate for any service delay owing to
the Customer's unpunctuality or any other reason.
2.4 All-in-One will not compensate for any shortened service hour
owning to customerˇ¦s unavailability or any personal reason.
2.5 All-in-One will compensate any delay of service which is due
to the Staff's unpunctuality in the next service day.
2.6 Customer has to cage the pet properly during the service. All-in-One
will not compensate any progress delay if such issue is caused by
the pet.
2.7 All bookings will be cancelled on the day when Typhoon No.8
or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, customer has to reschedule
the booking with All-in-One if it is cancelled. Bookings in the
afternoon will be remained if the signal is released before 1:30pm.
2.8 All-in-One will provide service at the service address provided
in the service application form only. The Company reserves the right
to reject service at any other places not mentioned in the application
form.
2.9 All-in-One can help the customer to keep the key. If the Company
losses the key, we shall compensate HK$100 to the customer in maximum.
3. Payment
3.1 Customer has to pay service charge on or before the first service
day ( all payment has to be settled in HK dollars). Otherwise, All-in-One
will cancel all the booked service.
3.2 Registered customer is liable for any outstanding amount due
for the account.
3.3 Customer has to pay All-in-One by sending the cheque to our
company address directly or by bank account transfer. A payment
will not be deemed to have been paid until payment is received by
the Company.
4. TERMINATION
4.1 Customer can terminate the service any time, however, All-in-One
will not arrange the balance refund of the unused service hours.
4.2 The Company shall have the right to terminate service agreement
in any of the following events:
. If any charges or sums payable here above remain unpaid after
becoming dueˇF
. If the Customer commits a breach of any of the terms and conditions
contained hereinˇF
. If any of the information specified by the Customer in the above
service application form is found to be false and inaccurate.
4.3 Termination will be without prejudice to any existing rights
and/ or claims that All-in-One may have against the Customer, and
shall not relieve the Customer from fulfilling its/ his obligations
including payment of all outstanding charges prior to the date of
termination.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 All-in-One will not be subject to any liability or responsibility
for any cost, claim, or loss to the Customer or to any person resulting
from or relating to the provision of house cleaning services, child
caring services , elderly caring services or any other value-added
service.
5.2 In case of damage of article in the service premises caused
by All-in-Oneˇ¦s staff, we shall compensate maximum HK$200 to the
Customer with sufficient evidence provided.
5.3 Customer will be responsible to keep valuable belongings in
safe place. In case of burglar or any loss in the service premises,
the Customer has to report to the police and All-in-One will provide
information for assistance.
5.4 All-in-One will not be subject to any liability or responsibility
for any cost, loss, damage or claim relating to illegal act of the
Company Staff taken place in the service premises.
6. VARIATION
6.1 All-in-One reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, delete
any or all of the terms and conditions contained herein or add new
terms and conditions to this Agreement . The new version will be
effective immediately without prior notice.
6.2 The Customer has to apply for changing service address or any
information provided in the Service Application form. All-in-One
reserves the right to terminate service and the balance of any prepaid
service plan shall be refunded to the Customer.
7. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1 The Customer consents to All-in-One using any personal data,
supplied in connection with this Agreement for the purposes, of
internal use, debt collection, direct marketing and/ or market survey.
7.2 The Customer may at any time, without charge, choose not to
be included in All-in-Oneˇ¦s future promotional mailings or direct
marketing programs. To arrange for exclusion, please contact the
Company.
All-in-One reserves the right of final
decision in the event of disputes relating to the Terms & Conditions
set out in this agreement.
